Mecanova has had a production plant three years now in Kecskemét in Hungary and it has stabilized its customer base and product portfolio. The key customers are big global telecom, electrical and electronics companies. The main products are racks, cabinets, enclosures, sub-racks and subassemblies. Products are produced by sheet metals. Mecanova is a full service house. It has all needed operations under one single roof. The location in Kecskemét is ideal for transportation all over in Europe and Mecanova has established working relationships both with local and international warehousing and transportation companies to service its customers everywhere in Europe. Mecanova has a skilful and productive local organization and the plant is managed with a competent local management. Mecanova is certified with ISO 9001 quality and ISO 14001 environmental certificates by Det Norske Veritas (DNV). In January 2009 Mecanova is increasing the capacity in Hungary with new machinery investments and improving its processes again based on continuous improvement principles.
