Production

All production series go through a rigorous process of preparation for production. The production process itself is designed and run according to lean production principles. The functionality of the product is tested, and detailed production methods and instructions are drawn up for it.

The manufacturing methods and production units are optimised according to the size of each production series. The objective is to achieve comprehensive cost efficiency throughout the life cycle of the product.

During the low-volume production stage, the annual production output is less than one thousand units per series. Production takes place in flexible production cells with a limited level of automation.

At medium-volume production, annual output totals between one thousand and ten thousand units. The level of automation is increased compared to low-volume production, and production phases and production paths are tailored to client requirements.

At high volume production, fully automatic mechanical presses are used together with more advanced production techniques, thus considerably lowering the unit price of the product.

The production methods used include CNC sheet metal working centres and mechanical presses. Trimming, thread cutting, submersion, welding, riveting and assembly are fully robotized.
